Is there a way to setup EAC to create a Folder with the Artist name and then a subfolder with the Album namne automticly.. ? So I just need to change CD while ripping.. ?

Are you ripping to tracks or image with cuesheet?

If tracks:
"EAC" > "EAC Options..." (F9) > "Filename" tab. Set your naming scheme to something like "%A\%C\%N - %T". Look below the text box for an explanatin of the %# placeholders.

If image with cuesheet:
REACT.

It may look a little daunting, but if you are after simplifying the process as much as possible then it will do that, once you have it set up.
