Help button doesn't work.
Also the text is cut off at the bottom of the button. Imo you should make the help button the same sice as Ok and Cancel and place it all the way to the left.

You're using a different windows style, so this is a no-issue. It's not Tahoma (it doesn't cut here)

In terms of UI design, the help button is much better where it is. It doesn't get in the way.

I like the idea of having it on the left. And the 'p' is chopped off here, too.
I think it's chopped off at most of the Visual Styles...

Not to attack anyone but I think that buttons as small as that shouldn't be used in a serious application like this. Also if you look in the Preferences a lot of them are gone in the latest version (RC) which I think is really good (if I don't remember incorrectly there where a lot more of them before). There are still some left in the Album list options though.
