I found the OGG engine in Vorbis ACM codec for windows available is Very outdated (~2002), who have a newer one?

Actual date is forgotten but it is b4 yr 2003

What would you do with a Vorbis ACM codec? You cannot use Vorbis in VfW enviroment, or at least it is very difficult. There is no use for it, that's why the development has stopped.
