You don't wanna see "one equation", really. It'd be too complicated. Better do it step by step like it's described in the specs. Check out Gabriel's page and get ISO/IEC 11172 Part 3.

I want to integrate the MP3 synthesis filter with the SBC analysis filter. For this I need the filter equations. Else how else can i go about doing this?
