Full Version: AC3 encoding trouble

Hi!
I've tried BeSweet/BeLight and TMPGEnc to encode wav files to AC3. Unfortunately, I get very audible clicks that are not present on original material. The same software could perform a MP2 conversion flawlessly. Please recommend some alternative methods/software. I’m interested in affordable options but all suggestions are welcome.
Thanks!
Loke
Get a proper AC3-encoding SW, one which has a dolby encoder. This should give better quality.
Software examples:
SonicFoundry SoftEncode, DigiGram, Surcode

Thanks Loke!
DigiGram seems fine. Just for the record: I've reinstalled BeLight and it works fine now. However, I'll move on in quest for better sound quality.
