Full Version: DAE features database

The sites/databases that I used previously to get DAE feature info seem to be quite out of date. I mean C2 errors, offsets, etc. This information was useful both for configuring my drive for use with EAC and for deciding what DVD player/writer to buy.

What is the best source of this information?

Thanks.

I guess I should be more specific. Here's what I do have:

Good, but only offsets.

Yeah, that's indeed the problem.

DAE Drive Feature Database - few entries

I think DAEfeatures is the best option we have ATM. It's more extended & up-to-date than the alternatives -- it includes all Coaster Factory entries BTW. Exactly because of the lack of a decent drive features database, Evereux and WestgroveG created a drive features thread on this forum which has grown into the DAEfeatures website. I think the best thing we can do is all stand behind DAEfeatures and help it grow further.

There used to be a decent alternative, namely the german site www.eac-audio.de (now www.arvex.de), that would be worth mentioning but it seems like its drive database no longer exists and only the EAC tutorial remains.
