I have another question to id3 behaviour of foobar:
why doesn't Foobar 0.9 display id3 v1.1 genre extensions?

They're displayed fine here. Do you have a specific example?

Black Metal e.g.
(When rightclick->properties: Genre tag is invisible. $meta(genre) doesn't work too for 'Black Metal')
