same files work fine in foobar 0.83 and winamp

Seeking in raw aac files isn't supported in 0.9. If you put it into mp4 container everything will be fine (if the stream itself isn't corrupted).

true but not logical, all player can play aac files ( foobar0.83 winamp mpc ) but not foobar 0.9.

I just discovered this bug (it is even being classed as a bug?). I have exactly two raw aac files in my music library, so it hasn't been a big deal. Clarification on whether this will be fixed or not would still be nice.

Semi-related issue, is anyone going to port the mpeg4 tools plugins to .9? That was a nice little tool and would be useful for people to solve these problems. As is I have bop back to .83, or use command line tools and worry about whether old tags are causing problems...
