how come it's showing my albums as single tracks? i notice if i add the total amount of tracks in the id3 info it shows it correctly, but there's no way i'm going to go through all of my music and do that. is there something i can edit in OmART's config to change that?

If your albums are stored in stand alone directories, try this GROU BY code in your Settings:

it could resolve your problem...

select all ur tracks, then open properties, right click on total tracks and then auto track number your albums.
this way you dont have to go through all your tracks

Newest version of trackinfo_mod can do this with the new rotateflip-x (or was it fliprotate-x?) option. Get the download, readme.txt tells the details.

seems like a lot of people use spex's config. It truly is very good looking and functional, that's why i'm running it now for like 2 months. No need to change anything either, i'm finally happy. (at least for a longer while )

The upper trackinfo panel changes every 5 secs to display other stuff.

Thanks to Omart for sharing his config. I just modified it a wee bit to suit my tastes (3 star rating system, added a "last played" indicator (the dot you see next to the play counter), red color for rating of tracks which have been "Track Picks" by AMG, show Genre and AMG album rating in the "group display").

Yes it is.You have to remove the Code for teh pictures an maybe correkt where text is placed.
But it would be better to answer if you could give an example with soem code.

Is there some way to tweak OmArt's code so as to display cover art even for albums that have 4 or less track in it? I mean for some jazz or prog rock albums that have 3 tracks.
His code only displays the whole cover art for albums with 5 or more tracks.

Any help appreciated.

FishDoctor: You cannot remove the line. This is a known issue with the current ColumnsUI and has been addressed many times already. We can only hope that the splitter bars wll go away in a future build.

In the meantime you can try to mask their presence by changing your windows theme, change the windwos color for 3d objects, or change the colors of your bordering components (trackinfomod & singlecolumnplaylist) to blend in with the bar.
