Full Version: Adding clipboard-paste to the copy command

I think i can guess the answer to this, but it's worth a shot....

So the copy command is awesome and everything, but having to paste it manually is kind of a pain in the ass since it's such a contortion of keys for me. I'd rather there was a copy-and-paste command, so you could set a global hotkey to do them both at the same time.

I'm pretty sure this isn't currently possible in foobar, but could it be (whether via plug-in or anything else)? That might be a stupid question, but i honestly don't know if one program can control pasting in another, so.

In general, no.

you can write an autohotkey script to do that job. You can even let the script paste the text to a certain window/control. All in all this would only need 1 key press.
