Hi folks =/ ...
I have a problem, I've installed the actual foobar version, Foobar 2000 v0.9,
and it doesn't want to playback .shn-files - please no debatte according to
the need of using .shm-files at this spot.
How can I solve this problem ?

Get foo_input_shorten. It's in the stable components package.
