Hi all,
adding some extra music to my music file made scanning the library to update it veerrrrryyyy slooow compared to previous times.
Is there a limit of data for the library to be scanned in a reasonable time?
is there some tips to increase scanning speed?
thanks

or at least make it so we can scan individual folders in addition to all the folders at once. i know which folder i just added music to, i dont need foobar (.9) wasting time scanning the wrong ones.

Yea, that would be great. Its really sucky to have update your 20gb archive only to update a single album.

Just drag the folder into the foobar main window, and since the files are inside your designated music folder they will be added to the database.

Just add the files to any playlist. If they are in your Media Library paths they get added.
