I have a mixture of LAME mp3's and AAC's on my iPod, all of which are Replaygain-scanned (v.0.8.3, transcoding thru foo_pod, etc). I noticed that, when 'examining' the iPod(foo_pod) playlists with the trackinfo_dll, the Replaygain values will vary track-to-track on an AAC album, but an mp3 album will have a single value for the whole album (these are all Replay-scanned as albums). Just out of curiosity, why is this?
