I'd like to convert all my mp3 to aac+, because it's just REALLY much smaller and my harddisc is about to burst
So I'd need a program that converts my ~30 gigs of mp3 to aac+ and deletes each mp3 after converting it to aac, because I really dont have got enough space to archive the mp3 AND the aac.

Is there such a tool ?
For Windows ( 2k ) or for Linux ( debian ) doesn't matter, but for Windows would be more comfortable, because I don't like to reboot my PC, i'm way to lazy

Well, foobar2000 will do this, but remember that the re-encoding itself will cause additional quality loss. There will be no way back either. Consider carefully!
