Hey there!

I know custom speaker designs have been mentioned here in the past, and it's something I'm looking at as a bit of a hobby. The practical side I don't really have the tools or knowhow for though. I was really bad at workshop in school smile.gif Does anyone have any advice, or links to really BASIC projects to try? It needs to be inexpensive too, I don't really have money to throw at it smile.gif

Thanks..

..and for taking the time to read this, I reward you with one of the most awe inspiring speakers I've ever seen : -=!=-

hmm... you know how to cut wood? Go to www.selahaudio.com, select order and request a kit rc2. it costs 60$ everything sans cabinets included. Oh and on the main page you see the ultimate line array biggrin.gif

....or go to www.partsexpress.com, pick the cheapest sale drivers aviable(two 5"woofers+two 1"dome tweeters, dont be concerned about quality yet), be sure that the T/S parameters are included, ask more questions, put them in a box + a coil and a cap for filter(do not worry about phase yet), put some juice in them and start dancing arund your first creature. There's no way back shifty.gif shifty.gif
