yeah, the topic says all ...

iam using foobar2k 0.9 and when i want to shutdown/reboot or log out, the process stops, because foobar2k is runnging. when i kill foobar2k and try to shutdown/reboot or log out again, it works ...

i have no idea, why it doesnt work ...

i have only one plugin running: ui columns

has some1 a idea or a tip for me?

I think that user-mode processes can't prevent shutdowns (just like they can't cause a crash) - system would kill fb2k after timeout. Only drivers and other low-level system services can cause things like that. So I would say that fb2k induces some bug in one of your drivers (audio drivers perhaps) - try to update them, and try different output methods.

Was this issue resolved? I have the same problem, and just wondered if it is just a case of updating drivers...

Thanks.

There have been reports of this before. All the problems have been solved after the user has swithced off so called "fast shutdown" from tweaking programs...
