I'm using 0.95b4 with Lame 3.97b2 and have a problem where with the odd CD, the WAV files once extracted are not then encoded with Lame. The command line window opens as normal when the encoding should take place, but disappears almost immediately afterwards. After the CD has been ripped, the directory is left with only the WAV files. I am definitely choosing the MP3 option for extraction and there are no errors reported.

Most CDs rip without a problem.

Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing this?
