The foobar2000 version is still the .8 version. This is just a new version for those still using Foobar2k .8.

Ahn, I'll wait till 0.9 version

Try OddcastV3 standalone version and make it get the title information from fb2k's window class (Edit -> Grab Metadata From Window Title -> Find Window). Works fine for me.

This seems really cool, but i dont quite understand it.
What do i put under "ServerIP" and "Server Port"?

Just so you know, Oddcast is famed for it's bugginess. Just go on the IRC channel (server: freenode, channel: #foobar2000) and ask.

If you read the known problematic components for 0.9.3, you'll see Peter tell you not to reccommend foo_oddcastv3.

The foobar2000 version of OddcastV3 is known for its bugs, right. It crashes my foobar after about 30 minutes regularly. However, the standalone version hasn't crashed on my system since November.

Server IP: The IP address (or URL) of the server you want to stream your music to.
Server Port: The TCP/IP port the server has opened for incoming connections (Icecast standard is 8000)

Thx, but how do i know what to put in the IPaddress and port? For example, do i use my computer's IP address? Or do i need to buy a server, or is there a free server i can sign up with etc.

I assume you're putting your own IP in. In which case.. http://www.whatismyip.org/ is your friend. If you have a router, you'll need to enable some portforwarding.. using: http://www.portforward.com/

Where can I find the standalone version?
