Full Version: Weird sound problem with 0.9.1

This started happening recently, with 0.9 and now 0.9.1. When I first turn my computer on and start foobar and start playing a song, the volume is normal for a second then cuts off dramatically. If I stop playing the song and then start it again everything is fine. I don't even need to close foobar and re-run it. It only ever happens on the first track I play when starting foobar after turning the computer on.

I have the Noise Sharpening and Advanced Limiter in my DSP stack. My soundcard is a Soundblaster Live with up to date drivers.

Does this happen to anyone else? Any way I can fix it?

Are you using Kernel Streaming or ASIO, by chance?

That would be under "Output device" right? In that case, no. I've got it set to Primary Sound Driver, though the problem happens if I change it to SB Live Wavbe device (which I assume would be the same thing). Oddly, it didn't appen just now. I'll post again if the problem persists.
