Hi, just a quick question
Should i use ISO-8859-1 or UTF-16 tags.

I'd use ID3v2.4 with UTF-8 as long as the other software I'm using supports this too. If not, I'd ask their developers to support it.
If they are too lazy, I'd either use another software or - if I'd be lazy too - use ID3v2.3 with UTF-16 as long as the other software I'm using supports this too. If not, I'd ask their developers to support it.
If they are still too lazy, I'd either use another software or - if I'd be lazy too - use ID3v2.3 with ISO-8859-1.
