Full Version: Problems changing text color in trackinfo

I copied a couple different strings for trackinfo here on the forums, one of them being Hablas.

I recognize the color codes, but for some reason can only change them to certain colors.

Here is an example:

CODE
D7B997Title: F3EAE0%title%$char(10)

I can change the above code to a white title:

CODE
FFFFFFTitle: F3EAE0%title%$char(10)

and it works fine.

But if I try to change it to another valid code, it just turns a shade of blue:

CODE
DFC089Title: F3EAE0%title%$char(10)

And the above color code isnt for blue. Are there only certain color codes that it can accept or something??

Any help appreciated!

Thanks!!

Try 89D0DF

You need to specify colors in BGR format. That is, Blue Green Red.

Hmm, that worked perfectly.

Aren't HEX and BGR the same thing??

Because DFC089 is a valid HEX color code. I actually used a small prog called Colorpix that spits out HEX, RGB, CMYK, etc.

Either way, you helped greatly.

Thanks!!

I noticed this also. I had a bunch of colors set up using photoshop (thats the only program I have that will show hex color) but foobar showed them differently.

Either way, I'm glad you got your problem worked out happy.gif
