I tried a lot of time and i can't encode.

If i use:

neroAacEnc.exe -br 45 -if test1.wav -of teste.mp4

The results its: ERROR: no valid SBR configuration found

What's wrong?

Bit rate encoder accepts is in bits/second not kilobits per second

So -br 45000 will do, -br 45 won't
