Hi,

I bought a ASUS Mainboard with Onboard Sound Realtek ALC 850.
There is a coaxial spdif output, that I want to use for playing sounds.
Since my amp has an optical input only, I use an adapter from coaxial to optical spdif.
The thing is, that I can't hear a thing and I can't find out, what's
the problem, whether the output isn't working at all or this adapter doesn't do it's thing.
I configured all my software, so it should play over spdif.
I tried playing mp3s and dvds with ac3 and dts, but nothing to hear.
When searching the forum for my problem, I found this picture:

I've got a similar page, but on mine I have only the options "no output" and "just digital".
I'm using the most recent realtek drivers 5.10.0.5864
Can anyone help me with my problem?
