An option to move/copy entire parent directories while altering the file names of the individual tracks would be great. I currently have to use one, then the other.
Also, it would be great if there was a way to map file renaming/moving scripts to keyboard shortcuts like you can do with masstagger scripts.

Hm, my searching skills are apparently weak. 
I'm just glad other people want this feature too. Maybe if Peter gets annoyed enough at us, it'll make his TODO list
