If somebody wants to get fast mppdec.exe, I have put up MSVC compiled version of 0.98. It includes latest Replaygain.

I believe Mitiok's compile and the binaries Frank distributes are compiled with ICL.. so they should be faster than just pure MSVC. Just an fyi..

Yeah, they should. But the 0.98 compile by Mitiok I downloaded didn't include Replaygain and it only included decoder with dithering and noiseshaping making it slow.
I don't want dithering or noiseshaping so I compiled this version.
