Yes, all the audio information from XRCD discs is retained when they are ripped.
This is also true of HDCD discs, but then you still need a properly equipped CD player (or DAC) to get the special decoding, although the discs will still sound fine without it.

Some one said xrcd was made with special process so i can't get the same audio quality after writing the ripped wav to a normal CDR.
Is it true?

JVC would like you to worry about this, but I wouldn't.
Some people believe that it is possible for two different CDs to sound different even though they are burned (or stamped) with the exact same audio data. This is because of an analog quantity called "jitter" that could affect playback. However, this is controversial and the effect would be very difficult (or impossible) to hear.
