About a week ago I reformated my hard drive, installed all my programs again and set up EAC as always following the Wiki and ripped a few cds. Today I discovered that i had forgot to remove the tick from the add id3 box. Will this affect the mp3's in anyway and will the mp3's be double tagged once by EAC then by LAME, its only a few cds so i dont mind re-ripping, was just curious about the affect this might have.

Its just that EAC will tag the files using its own routine, which is probably not what you want, especially if you are directly tagging using LAME. You could retag them yourself, or leave them as is. In any way, the audio data is the same, so you shouldn't have problems.
