I've got a soundcard with C-Media 8738 chipset lying about that I'd like to do some ASIO experiments with. The only ASIO driver I've found so far is the M-Audio DiO2448 one, and that appears to have installed OK and be working - at least to the extent that a couple of ASIO test utilities can talk to the card.

The problem is that this soundcard has no SPDIF ports - it's analogue only. So I'm guessing that the drivers for the (digital only) DiO2448 aren't going to help me make any use of the card. Does anyone know of any other ASIO drivers for this chipset which include support for analogue I/O? (I've tried both versions of the "official" C-Media drivers I could find - 5.12.1.542 and 5.12.1.639 - but neither included ASIO support).

Use the card-specific drivers and install www.asio4all.com.
