Please can someone help me?

Ok, im a new to foobar2000 and i am feeling pretty overwhelmed. I think i'm a little out of my league lol.

Can someone please give me a detailed explanation on how to Set up my foobar the way that some have in this forum. eg, where i put the code, how to install the '.fcs'
I have all the components installed now, just very confused on how to go about this part.

I know it's a lot to ask, but it would be greatly appreciated.
