Ever notice in .92 that when you have dead entries. And if you use the menu and choose Library -> Rescan Library. It doesn't actually delete dead entries, while if you opened up preferences and go to Media Library there and selected scan all then it would delete the dead entries.

Yes, and from what I can tell, it's supposed to happen that way. If you want to remove dead entries, go to menu > Edit > Remove dead items.
