im using 0.9.1

if you're using latest version of foobar (0.9.2) it is integraded in the installer. Just look for it when installing, under Optional features/Tools
edit: now that I've read your post once more ... the same goes with 0.9.1

so do i have to reinstall foobar to get this feature??...i dont want to loose all the stuff that i have already set up..

You won't lose anything. Install into the same directory.
Anyway ... a backup of your current config won't hurt

okay...now i have masstagger, and the main thing that i want to do is to put track numbers on all my songs...what is the best way to do this to all my songs? is there a way, or do i have to do it indivudually by each artist?
