Hi,
I have a Presonus Firebox that I would like to use for playback from Foobar 9.2.
I installed the ASIO output plugin in 9.2.
I can select Presonus ASIO driver in my output list and go to configuration. I assign the SPDIF output to left and right and all other outputs to <none>. I can hear the pink noise when I test the output assignment on both SPDIF left and right.
But I get no playback of music from the Firebox.
Anyone got suggestions where to look for a solution?

PS: I should add that the drivers are listed as 32bit in the Virtual Device Editor

Thanks.

similar thing happens to me with my E-MU 1616m. I select it in the output thingy, but sound still goes through Wave out.

Sorry about thie false alarm.
I found the solution. In the general output settings you have to set your desired output (in my case Presonus ASIO driver) independently of the specific ASIO output setting.
