I'm developing a component to remotely control foobar2000 from a pocketpc device and I want to use the foobar2000 icons as program icon for the ppc application and as icons in the program itself. So here's the question :

Is it allowed to do this ? Do I need the permission to use them in other foobar2000 related application ? If yes, who needs to grant me the permission, who owns the rights of the foobar2000 icons ?
