I accidently added a "COMP" tag title to my options during tagging because i didnt hit 'down arrow' to select "COMPOSER". (How) Can i remove the "COMP" title from the tagging options so that it doesnt cause me more trouble later on?

If you are on 0.9, go to add a new tag, select "COMP" from this list, then right-click on the dropdown arrow and select "Remove this history item".
