I have some 5.1 WAVs that have a non-standard channel order of Lf, Rf, Ls, Rs, C, LFE. I want to re-order the channels to the standard Lf, Rf, C, LFE, Ls, Rs order.
I know it's possible to split the file up and use the surround encoder in Adobe Audition to manually re-order each individual track, but that will take a long time. I'm also worried about Audition converting the bit depth from 24 to 32 and back to 24. I want to keep the whole process lossless.
What I'm asking is, are there any applications that can easily re-order the channels for me? I've heard WaveWizard can, but all the links I find are broken.
Thanks.
Edit:
Solved
I've found a working link to WaveWizard, which even has a channel remapping preset. If anyone else is looking:
