Hello,
This is what I get when I click on an m3u:
Unable to open item for playback (Unsupported file format):

"E:\burnt\CREEDENCE CLEARWATER REViVAL - Box Set (2001)\CD1 (1961 - 1967)\CD1 (1961 - 1967)\(08) [Creedence Clearwater Revival] The Golliwogs - You Came Walking.ape"

Could not load info (Unsupported file format) from:
"E:\burnt\CREEDENCE CLEARWATER REViVAL - Box Set (2001)\CD1 (1961 - 1967)\CD1 (1961 - 1967)\(08) [Creedence Clearwater Revival] The Golliwogs - You Came Walking.ape"

Please help.

Get foo_input_monkey from the optional components page and install it.

And please try to investigate a bit more in the future.

It's not like trying to play the actual .ape files would be such an absurd idea to avoid wrong assumptions like the playlist file being the actual problem. Trying that would have lead you to the knowledge that you're missing APE support, and you could have visited the homepage to look out for a component. Please do also read error reports more carefully, it was not even the .m3u file that was mentioned, but the .ape files.
