Full Version: Trying to test intergity of flac file, but keep getting error
Hydrogenaudio Forums > Lossless Audio Compression > FLAC

My HD got formated with my music files on it and I successfully did a data restore on it. I am trying to test the intergerty of my flac files with the -t option. I do a:
flac -t -d musicfile.flac
but I keep getting an error that says :
ERRor in Initializeing decorder, state=2:File_file_Decoder_Error_Opening_file.
Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

I would suggest that you shouldn't use -t and -d at the same time.

-t implies -d, but the message is telling you it can't find musicfile.flac in the current directory.
