Full Version: EAC won't rip a cd but Itunes will?

I've been using EAC for a year and ripped hundred of CDs with no problem. Today I bought a new CD and tried to ripp it. On the very first track I got "sync error" when I tried to test and copy and I got "read error" when I just tried to copy. I tried about 5 times and could not get it to work. When I tried ripping "importing" into my Itunes library I had no problem. Can anyone give me an idea what the problem is.

* Bad pressing of the CD.
* DRM Copy-protection/Copy-damaged.

Make sure you listen to your iTunes rip when there isn't allot of noise around to make sure you got a "good" copy without uncorrected and unnoticed errors.
