Hullo,

I spent an hour searching for info about the replaygain scanner in 0.9.2. I can't find it in the context menu and neither can I find a plugin?!

And another problem that I have atm is that I can't playback .m4a files. I get a "Unable to open item for playback".

Thanks for your help! smile.gif

EDIT: I reinstalled the 0.9.2 and now the rgscan component is there. I don't know why it didn't show up in my previous installation. But I still can't play the .m4a files...

You can only set the file type associations on that page; it does not affect which file types are supported or enabled for playback in foobar2000.

Right click on a file(s) -> replaygain -> scan as track(album)

If its not there you didnt install replaygain at setup, you need foo_rgscan.dll

are the m4a files AAC or ALAC? if they are ALAC, then I believe you need to install a sepperate component located here
