Full Version: A dbpoweramp conversion Q

I have a couple of MP4 files that I want to convert to wavs. They both use AAC LC at 112 kbps and are 48 kHz 2-channel audio (60 to 75 minutes each). I installed the dbpoweramp aac codec and can now recognize the files types. When I try to onvert them, the conversion starts fine and shows the expected conversion time, but after a short while it jumps to 100% ready without any error messages. The resulting file does not contain the whole original length but only something like 10 minutes.

What's up? What am I doing wrong? I couldn't find anything in the help page of the software.

Do other programs play the files without error? (such as iTunes), make sure you are not running any DSP effects such as set length.

I guess you figured it out. Winamp starts playing them fine but goes blank after a while. I guess the files are corrupt or something. Thanks for the reply.
