I'm looking to write a script to convert wma to mp3 using foobar2000 v0.9.2. Is there anyway i can do this?

so far i've tried to no avail:
foobar2000.exe /command:"Components/Converter" file1.wma

are there any other free wma to mp3 command line converters out there? if i can decode wma on the CL then i can pipe the output to lame. edit... i just found wmaenc.exe on this forum.
