is there a plugin that allows for broadcasting audio to shoutcast servers? besides the outdated oddsock.

oddcastv3 works. You have to get the standalone version. It streams everything from your soundcard though (including system sounds etc.) but I don't see any problem with it except for that.
only problem is when you're bypassing windows mixer
