Hi,
I just want to know about BSAC technology.
Can some one tell me where can i get the reference documentation/manual for BSAC standard of MPEG-4 AAC ?
Please let me know How I can download and use the reference Code ?

I didn't know until I asked
Google (*hint hint*).
It directed me to
