(Moderators, please don't shoot me for 2 posts in a day...)

I was wondering if there was a VST effects host for foobar 0.9 available or perhaps what would be needed to do something like that...(I know take a look at the SDK, but I barely have a little JAVA and PHP down, I dont have enough confidence to build a plug-in). Any help or emotional stroking available.?
