Hi,
Recently purchased the iVolume tool and it seemed to work perfectly in iTunes, however, when I re-imported all of my music onto my iPod with the iVolume changes, it still does not seem to work on the iPod. Soundcheck is definitely working on the iPod, but not the iVolume changes that I made.
When I turn on the Soundcheck feature on the iPod, the song volume is almost cut in half. That is way more drastic than the changes I made in iTunes. My entire collection was around 94db after using MP3Gain for most of it previously. Then I found the iVolume tool and used it on my entire collection at 92db. So, in iTunes when I turn on and off Soundcheck to hear the difference after using iVolume, the volume change is barely noticeable since it is only about a 2db change. I can hear it though so I know that the iVolume changes are working. But on the iPod, going back and fourth between Soundcheck on and off is a much more drastic volume difference (again. it almost sounds like the volume is cut in half) and just seems like it is using iTunes Soundcheck changes rather than the iVolume ones.
Any suggestions!?!?
Thanks in advance!
