Hi,
I'm searching for a way to tell Windows media player 9, that it has to choose my pcmcia soundcard for output. I want to achieve that players (fb2k and wmp) use the external soundcard, whereas all other sound processes like the system sound use the onboard card.
Is it possible with wmp9?

I don't know if this will work, but there are Speaker settings on Devices tab of WMP9 Options - there you can select output device.

Exactly what I was searching for. "Loudspeakers" was misleading for me, I didn't have a look into its preferences first...
