I have been using EAC with LAME 3.97b. I left EAC with the command line of --alt-preset standard. After I ripped and encoded about 50 of my CDs, I read that the command line should be -V2 --vbr-new. Will there be a quality difference? Just wondering if I should go back and redo those again with the correct command line. Thanks!
No, there won't be any perceptible difference.

basically you used -V 2 instead of -V 2 --vbr-new.
