How do you change the default location of XP's hiberfil.sys? All I can find on the net is that its "default" location is in the root of the system drive - but not info on changing it.

My system partition is getting full up and I've got 1 GB of ram so the hibernation file is this big too.

Not really an answer, but I've always been under the assumption that it was better not to bother with hibernation in XP. As far as I see it, it just as well to just leave the computer on, or just shutdown seeing as startup time is so much quicker in XP.

The reason I like occassionally using hibernation is so I can leave a number of programs opened up for working in a project and it will return to this configuration.
