I swear I've done this - BUT !

I would like to use the curser to alter the size of the column display in the foobar window (under columns UI), but can't seem to find the option to do it.

Would appreciate any insight.

Do you mean the columns in the playlist? Because afaik you can only do this by dragging the dividers on the column headers, not the dividers between the columns themselves.

File> Preferences> Display> ColumnsUI> Playlist View

Under the "General" tab check the box "[x] Display column titles" if you do not see the headers.

Yes, I mean varying the width of the columns. I see that the order of the columns can be altered as you mention, but I thought it was possible to drag the column width to change it's dimension.

If that isn't possible, is it possible to script it so the column will take multiple lines, in other words if it doesn't fit in the column it will simply use more than 1 row.

Thanks,

Tom

Disable the option "Auto-size columns to use all space" to be able to change the size this way.
