In the course of my day, I use EAC rip my cds, foobar 0.8.3 + LAME 3.97 to encode them to mp3, and a freeware app called JR directory print to record the directory data to a very large .txt file (right now it's approaching 200 kb), which then I burn to a DVD-R using Nero 6. How are these apps functioning in regard to Vista?

EAC works, Foobar v0.9 works (default without plugins, Columns UI has been updated for Vista), LAME 3.97 works...Using then all on Vista RC1 smile.gif

As previously stated, the most recent version of EAC works and 3.97b2/b3 (didn't try b1) works as well as foobar. I did have trouble with Nero 7 and I would assume to have the same trouble with Nero 6 simple because ahead has not released any Vista versions of Nero.

Anyone tried under Vista x64, or just the 32-bit version? I will within a week or so, but I'm curious now!
